暫時告一段落 Journey - to be continued

我的project連攻兩天，交換了不少東西

守在紅屋兩天，跟超過15個城市的人接觸

有被拒絕也有被友善對待

謝謝替我慢慢完成project的每一個你

熱烈的太陽滅不了大家的熱情

雖然一整個行程下來我好狼狽

但我好像又更愛馬六甲一些了，包括人事物

有點捨不得大家的友善與熱情

我還想再次回到最初的地方繼續這對我來說有意義的行動

這兩天我得來的了一點點結論

就是英文對歐洲國家來說，好像還不是很重要

因為有時還是溝通不了

謝謝這兩天幫我拍照+解釋的瑩

下一回，12月，KLCC

After spending 2days carrying out 

this project around Stadhuys,

I've managed to exchange quite 

a number of items as well as communicating 

with people from 15different cities.

There were times where i got rejected 

but also nice people who are really friendly!

Thank you to every single one of you 

in helping me to complete the task.

The scorching sun was nothing compared 

to the passionate people!

Although it was exhausting, 

the 2days spent made me love 

my hometown even more now.

I feel so reluctant to leave this place full 

with friendly and passionate people.

I would love to come back here again 

to continue this meaningful project.

Throughout these 2days,

I've found out that English does not seems to be 

that important to the people from European countries.

Sometimes, 

it's hard to even communicate in English.

Thanks to Ying who had really helped 

me a lot in photography & explanations.

Next, KLCC in December.=)

毛里求斯人 The Mauritian

我跟瑩在夕陽下用拍立得自拍時

有一個男生兩個女生盯著我跟瑩看

應該是被拍立得吸引了吧我想

不知道哪裡來的膽，我竟然跟那個男的招手

叫他過來，他超傻眼，我也好像很沒禮貌

可是太多人隔著我們了，我走不過去><’’

當我們走過去跟他們講解後

有其中一個女生從口袋裡拿了兩包馬來西亞的nescafe出來

而我卻用了一個很漂亮的鑰匙圈跟她交換

希望她能把它帶回去毛里求斯

讓她快樂一生=)

When I was taking photo with Ying during sunsets, 

there were two girls and one boy was looking at us.

They might have attracted by the Polaroid using by us.

I suddenly was so brave that I waved 

my hand to the guy and asked him to come over. 

He was so shock and I seem like so rude.

There were too many people 

therefore I could not walk to him><”

When we walked to them and explained, 

one of the girl took out two packet of 

Nescafe made in Malaysia and I used a 

beautiful keychain to exchange with her.

I hope that she could bring it back to Mauritius.

Hope that she would be happy forever.

保險套氣球 Condom balloon

我們又走回去聖保羅教堂了

為的是要找早上遇到的愛爾蘭帥哥

雖然沒找到，但是卻看到了保險套氣球

那氣球的底部有幾顆種子

一位女子跟我們解釋說

如果那保險套氣球飛到其他地方爆掉的話

那個種子就會掉落在那個地方然後生長出新的生命

這是一個很好的概念

最後我跟這女生交換東西，她就給了我這顆氣球

晚上的時候我帶它走了很多地方

為了保護它，我把它弄破然後裝在一個透明紙帶裡了

那種子就這樣毀在我手上，長不出新生命了=(

We went back to St Paul’s church again

Just to look for the Iran guy we met this morning.

Although we did not found him, 

we saw a condom balloon.

There are some seeds in the balloon, 

the girl told us that if the condom balloon 

fly to other places and burst, 

then the seeds will drop in that place and starts to grow.

This is a good idea.

I exchanged stuffs with this girl and she gave me this balloon.

I took this balloon to walk around, 

in order to protect it I purposely make it 

burst and put it into a plastic bag.

 The seeds were then destroyed by me, 

it could never grow anymore.

太帥了 Too handsome

本來打算暫時收工了

哪裡知道走著走著，卻看到了一位帥哥

綁了兩條小辮子，戴著墨鏡，超耀眼！

原本他已經走過我們身邊有一段時間了

我還是堅決追上去要跟他交換東西

他腳不長，可是走很快

所以我是連跑帶走的奔向他身邊止住他

他雖然說身上沒東西可以跟我交換

卻一面說一面拿皮包出來

我看中他手上的手鍊，可惜他說那手鍊是他的全部

不能與我們交換，大概那是有什麼重大的意義吧

皮包拿出來後，找了找

問我們他的照片能不能與我們交換

哇靠，當然可以啊！超帥的！

Actually I wanted to finish my work but 

I saw a handsome guy while I was walking.

He got his hair tied up and was wearing a pair of sunglasses, 

he looks so shining!

He actually has walk passed me but I decided to 

chase after him to exchange stuffs with him.

His leg was short but he can still walk very fast 

therefore I had to walk quickly to chase after him.

Although he said that he has nothing to exchange with me, 

I saw his bracelet while he was taking his wallet out.

Unfortunately, 

he said that the bracelet is very important to him 

therefore he did not agree to exchange with us using the bracelet.

It might be very meaningful to him.

After he took out his wallet, 

he asked whether he could exchange with us using a photo.

Sure I agreed because he was so handsome!

Alissa & Cassie

是第一個歡迎我們到她們國家—澳洲探望她們的女生

這兩個女生一直發出笑聲的笑

整個就是超開心的

Alissa拍照的時候忘了看鏡頭

讓她內疚不已，哈哈

她被我送她的東西吸引到很嚴重

一直看一直看，連環兩架相機拍照她都沒看鏡頭

太搞笑了啦！

而cassie比較不多話，可是一直笑

她應該是個很善良的女孩吧

很喜歡她也～哈哈

They were the first one who invited us to 

go to Australia to visit them.

These two girls were so happy that 

they kept laughing nonstop.

Alissa felt sorry to us because she forgotten 

to look at the camera when we were taking photo.

She was attracted by the stuff we gave 

to her that she did not even look at the 

camera when we were taking photo.

It was so funny!

However Cassie doesn’t speak much but kept laughing.

She must be a kind girl, 

I like her very much.

藝術家的樣子 The look of an Artist

當我走回樓梯口時

看見有位很像藝術家的人

是一位來自澳洲的男子

照常，講了該講的東西

他二話不說的從包包裡拿出了一支筆給我

然後喃喃自語說這筆很髒髒什麼的

他的手也沒有停的在清理筆

我有一直跟他說沒關係

但是他還是繼續他的嘴巴和手

突然間，整支筆的彈簧彈了出來

大家都嚇了一跳 哈

結果他很內疚，一直要修好

可是都修不好

我就說不如我拿回去自己弄好了

他說ok，但是還是拿了另一張卡片給我

他應該會覺得很糗吧？我也覺得很不好意思><’’

When I walk back to the stairs I saw 

a man who came from Australia, he looks like an artist.

As normal, 

I told him the things that I suppose to tell.

He took out a pen from his bag without 

saying a word and start muttering that 

the pen was dirty and others.

I told him it doesn’t matter but 

he kept muttering and cleaning until the 

spring came out from the pen.

Everyone was shocked and he felt so sorry to us 

and wanted to repair it but he could not.

I told him that I will bring the pen back to repair and he agreed.

He gave me another card to me.

He must have felt very embarrassing, 

and I was too.

大家庭 Big family

一個印度女子帶著3個兒女

我還以為是外國人

哪裡知道又看錯了，是本地人

第二個馬來西亞人

也是目前為止第一個用名片跟我交換的人

(好，我決定下次不要建議說可以換名片了)

她來自一個好大的家庭，合照時好壯觀

我很慶幸可以跟印度人的一整家人合照=)

An Indian lady who was bringing three children with her.

I thought she was a foreigner.

I was wrong, she is local.

She is the second Malaysian and also 

the first who exchange card with me.

(I decided not to recommend changing card next time.)

She is from a big family and it was 

a great scene when the whole big family was taking photo.

I was so lucky that I could take photo 

with the whole big family =)
